Do we have to change our referral forms?
No. Upload the referral PDF your team already produces and Amicare's AI pre-fills a standard referral from it. Your team reviews it, completes anything that's missing, and sends it.
Which providers receive a referral?
The ones your team chooses. Pick the community-care providers set up on Amicare that fit, mark the ones you prefer, and send to all of them at once.
What happens if a provider can't take the referral?
They can redirect it to a partner provider so it keeps moving, or decline it. Other providers you sent it to can still accept, and every response is recorded in the referral's audit trail.
What does the patient see?
Patients get a secure link to follow their referral, and are told when a provider accepts, so they aren't left waiting for a call.
Does this website collect patient information?
No. Referrals are only ever handled inside the signed-in Amicare platform. Nothing on this website asks for patient or health information.
